The following terms and conditions apply:

1. Dispatch conditions

The products are delivered all over the world.

- Dispatch shall not be made to the German Islands.
- Dispatch shall not be made to the following foreign islands:
Asien: Kokos- (Keeling-)Inseln, Britisches Territorium im Indischen Ozean
Amerika: South Georgia und die Südlichen Sandwichinseln
Ozeanien: Französische Süd- und Antarktisgebiete, Bouvet-Insel, Weihnachtsinseln

2. SHIPPING COSTS - Table 1

All shipping fees inclusive of legally applicable VAT.

- No minimum order value.
- In the case of partial deliveries, shipping costs will only be charged once. 

- We calculate international shipping costs at a flat rate, according to the price list provided.
- ** Orders must be received in our online shop during work days until 12.00 pm noon.

The delivery time is indicated in business days. The delivery times are only an estimation, they should only be used for orientation. Due to different factors such as possible delays in customs and the national delivery areas (agglomeration & surrounding areas) a slight delay in the delivery times may arise. We work together with the shipping company to ensure that the delivery is delivered quickly and safely to you the customer.

GERMANY; free shipping

Free shipping within Germany (no minimum order value) when you choose the standard shipping. Please refer to Table 1. for the costs of an express delivery.

EUROPE; (out-EU)

The shipping costs within Europe in standard shipping and express shipping, please refer to Table 1.

EUROPE; EUROPEAN UNION

- If the goods are delivered to non-EU countries, additional duties, taxes or charges may be charged to the customer, these fees are to be paid directly to the customs authorities or tax authorities in those countries. The customer is advised to inquire about the details regarding taxation in his own country before placing an order.

WORLD WIDE SHIPPING

Please refer to the national and international shipping charges for your country (see table 1). The current tariff zone of your country corresponds to the continental zones according to the tables below.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Your ordered goods will be shipped via one of these parcel service providers DHL Paket / DHL-Express / GLS / UPS. This shipping option allows a very fast, secure and reliable delivery of your goods. In the case of orders received by us no later than 12 noon on weekdays, the delivery within Germany will normally be made the next day (24 hours). For Europe and worldwide shipments, delivery times vary, (please refer to Table 1.)

In the case of orders placed on a weekend or on holidays, the delivery will normally take place on the second or third following business day. If you are not home upon delivery of your package, two additional attempts will be made. After this you will receive a written message and may pick up the package at your nearest parcel center

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
When express shipping, the specification of your phone number when ordering is very helpful. The delivery company may need to contact you with important delivery information such as a second attempt at delivery.

3. DELIVERY PERIODS

For goods customised according to customer requirements, the revised submission will be made within 3-5 days following conclusion of the contract, execution of the design work and delivery of the goods within 14 days following approval of the revised submission (with an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise specified in the respective quote.

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 12 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).

PLEASE NOTE THAT DELIVERIES ARE NOT MADE ON SUNDAYS AND OTHER HOLIDAYS!

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.
